Administration Team

Taurean Robinson, Principal

Mr. Robinson is eager to begin his 10th year in Richland Two and his 6th year as an administrator.

Mr. Robinson earned his Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of South Carolina in 2010 and began his educational career at Bridge Creek Elementary where he taught 4th and 5th grades. After earning a Master’s in Educational Leadership from University of South Carolina in 2015, he moved on to Pontiac Elementary where he served as an Assistant Principal. This year, Mr. Robinson rejoins the BCE staff to serve as Principal.

In his spare time Mr. Robinson enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and running as long as he can listen to music.

Angel Brown, Assistant Principal

Ms. Brown is beginning her 20th year in education. She is a career-changer who earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, Master of Arts in Teaching for Elementary Education, and Master of Education in Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. 

Since beginning her career in the field, Ms. Brown has served as an educator in Richland School District Two. She began as a classroom teacher at Rice Creek Elementary School. In addition to teaching, Ms. Brown has also served as a district Elementary Social Studies Specialist and Elementary Literacy Specialist. 

Ms. Brown is the proud mother of two Richland Two graduates. A few of her favorite pastimes are reading, writing, listening to music, and spending time with her family. She also loves going to the beach.

Ms. Brown is delighted to join Bridge Creek as an Assistant Principal. She looks forward to continuing an exciting journey as an educator who believes possibilities are endless when children are given the wish to learn.

Christi Wuori, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Wuori is entering her 22nd year in Richland Two - 27th in public education - and proudly serves as an Assistant Principal at Bridge Creek Elementary School. 

Mrs. Wuori met her husband while they both were student-teaching at Pontiac Elementary School in 1995. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina, Mrs. Wuori began her teaching career in Richland One teaching Kindergarten and Child Development at Gadsden and Mill Creek Elementary Schools. Since moving to Richland Two, she has served as a teacher of students, a Lead Teacher Coach, a Parent Educator, a Parent Involvement Coordinator, a Literacy Coach, and an Assistant Principal.

Mrs. Wuori earned her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Walden University and her Education Specialist degree from Capella University. 

The mother to 2 kids (one at Spring Valley High School and one at the University of South Carolina), 1 dog (Emmy), and 1 cat (Esteban), when Mrs. Wuori is not at Bridge Creek or working on her dissertation, she and her family support the Spring Valley Marching Band, go to music concerts, attend USC football games, go fishing at the beach or hiking in the mountains, and swim in their backyard pool with their puppy, Emmy.
