At MED at BCE, we are dedicated to preparing our students for college and career readiness by exposing them to a diverse range of careers across various STEAMM industries, aiming to ignite their curiosity and inspire future aspirations.

At MED at BCE, our students cultivate the 5 C's of Character—Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Caring. They actively apply these principles as they engage in STEAMM challenges, enhancing their ability to work effectively and innovatively in problem-solving scenarios.

We are incredibly proud of this outstanding Cougar! She achieved the highest growth in My Path Math among all students in the district and won a bicycle!

Such a magical march through the pages of a book! Our Storybook Character Parade is bringing beloved tales to life. Even our mascot MEDley made a guest appearance!

CFK/CFK N students experience a core knowledge curriculum and core values which transforms them into independent thinkers who can compete internationally.

Students participate in the Gardening Club, where they engage in hands-on activities related to planting, cultivating, and maintaining a variety of plants and vegetables. Through this club, students learn about sustainable gardening practices and the role of plants in our ecosystem.

STEAMM-azing Family Literacy Night is an engaging event designed to promote reading and literacy among families, fostering a love for books and learning in a fun, interactive environment.

We were the recipient of the Magnet School of Excellence Award in 2023. This award is given to only a select group of magnet schools that have demonstrated the highest level of excellence in all facets of the merit award application.

In 2023, we received recognition as a Certified Demonstration National Magnet School. It is a prestigious designation awarded to schools that excel in implementing the Magnet Schools of America (MSA) standards of excellence. These schools serve as model examples for other magnet programs across the country.
